ENTRY LEVEL SERVICE OFFERS

1/ DESIGN CONSULTATION INTRODUCTION​

£375 + VAT

For commercial & residential properties.

Up to 2 hours - either on site (additional travel time/cost tbd, location depended), in the studio or over Zoom.

  • Discuss your design queries with the designer. Whether it be issues with room layout or space planning, potential style queries or advice on direction for a future design project, I can be your sounding board as a one off or to help with future planning.

  • Content of consultation driven by your design needs. The more information you can provide before the session, the more we can get out of it.

  • The is a stand alone, 2 hour session

  • Non-refundable payment due on booking the session

  • Minimum 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule, otherwise the full fee will be charged.

  • All design and advice given will be covered by our full T&Cs. No duplication shall be allowed for any other project than this, as intended.

  • All intellectual property belongs to studio ATARA.

£525 + VAT

2/ PAINT AND COLOUR CONSULTATION​

For commercial & residential properties.

Up to 2 hours - either on site, in the studio or over Zoom.​

​

  • Bringing the designer's expert colour-combining eye and knowledge, directly to your side.

  • The client to supply all design elements, ideas, samples or FF&E ideas in order for the designer to provide the best advice and suggestions

  • Bringing all your design ideas together, adding those all important tonal finishing touches

  • Following up with paint combinations, presented with names of brands and colours and any additional samples provided by the client to get an overview summary

  • Non-refundable payment due on booking the session

  • Minimum 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule, otherwise the full fee will be charged.

  • All design and advice given will be covered by our full T&Cs. No duplication shall be allowed for any other project than this, as intended.

  • All intellectual property belongs to studio ATARA.

3/ HALF A DAY WITH THE DESIGNER​

£600 + VAT

For commercial & residential properties.

Up to 4 hours - on site (additional travel time/cost tbd, location depended) or the studio.​

​

  • Includes: initial design and inspiration ideas; space planning/layout ideas; samples for finishes; FF&E ideas

  • 1 hours prep following defined instruction from the client with clear direction required via a client discovery questionnaire, on scheduling and booking the session.

  • 2 hours on site or studio, with 1 hours follow up by studio ATARA to summarise information produced.

  • Non-refundable payment due on booking the session.

  • Minimum 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule, otherwise the full fee will be charged.

  • All design and advice given will be covered by our full T&Cs. No duplication shall be allowed for any other project than this, as intended.

4/ DESIGN A ROOM/AREA

£850 + VAT

For commercial & residential properties.​

  • Initial client discovery questionnaire to give clear directive from the client before booking this service

  • Delivery includes: Space planning, concept/inspiration images, colour scheme, initial lighting and furniture style ideas, samples of finishes

  • This is a stand alone service for one room/area only, with no consideration for additional areas

  • Non-refundable payment due on booking the session

  • Minimum 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule, otherwise the full fee will be charged.

  • All design and advice given will be covered by our full T&Cs. No duplication shall be allowed for any other project than this, as intended.

5/ Introduction to WELL Building Standard 

£375 + VAT

For commercial & residential properties.

Up to 1 hour - Online

Introducing the design principles and concepts within the building standard that provide support for health and well being within the built environment

​

  • Basic introduction of the IWBI concepts - Series of design principles and concepts that address sustainable and healthy buildings

  • This service is for those considering a new sustainable project that would like to integrate the WELL concepts and features with a potential consideration towards seeking some level of accreditation
